To reserve a spot please email or call EISS. All fees are due in full at time of registration. Cancellations made two weeks before the scheduled sailing time will be refunded 75% of the registration fee. |

2) Swim Test Wavier: You do not need to fill out if you plan on completing the swim test. One per person is required.
